Shipping policy
1. Processing Time:
Orders will be dispatched one day after you place an order. Please note that orders will not be dispatched during weekends. Additionally, you may face slight delays during public holidays.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time:
We utilize PostEx Courier Service for shipping. Delivery times depend on the destination:
- Karachi: 2-4 working days
- Outside Karachi: 3-7 working days
3. Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination. Shipping costs will be displayed at the checkout before completing your purchase.
4. International Shipping:
We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship within Pakistan.
5. Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or through your account dashboard. You can track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking number and the PostEx Courier Service website.
6. Shipping Address:
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
